"Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the spirit (vitae spiritualis ianua), and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: 'Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.'" - from the Catechism of The Catholic Church
Baptism classes for parents of children six years old and younger are held regularly. To register for the class, parents need to contact the parish office at 528-7521 to make arrangement for the class. Upon completion of the class, contact the parish office to schedule the baptism.
Baptisms are available after the 4:30 PM (Saturday) and 8:30 AM (Sunday) Masses.
If you are an adult seeking baptism, you are invited to join the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) to learn about the Catholic faith. Click here for more information.
